If you are considering using Franklinton Center at Bricks for a gathering, please submit a reservation request with your contact information, proposed event date and anticipated number of guests. Please note that all of our buildings are pet and smoke-free!
Here are the properties available to accommodate your group on your stay:
Hospitality House 2
The newest addition to our campus features 22 affordable hotel-style rooms with private baths. Each room includes two double beds, and two of the guest rooms are fully ADA compliant. This facility includes the “The Rev. Dr. Yvonne Delk Fellowship Hall” which seats up to 125 persons. A smaller conference room seats up to 10, and the foyer area seats up to 50, and is convenient for use as a registration area during your gathering.
All guest rooms feature the comforts of home: ironing board and iron, television, desk, desk chair, lounge chair with ottoman, lamps, night table, wall art, floral, in-room guest-controlled heating and air conditioning, mirrors, closet area, wardrobe, bottled water, linen, towels, and soap. A limited number of hairdryers are available on site.
Hospitality House II also includes an office and conference room. The kitchen is for staging snacks only.
